Team Leader – Lead with Britain’s Oldest Brewer!

Where You’ll Be Working
The White Horse & Bower is a friendly local in the heart of London and close to the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. It is a short walk from Victoria Station, St James’ Park and London’s famous Tate Britain so we have a very diverse customer base and a warm welcome together with great food and drink is on offer to all when you arrive.
What You’ll Do
- Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
- Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day operations, including opening and closing duties.
- Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Ensure the bar is well‑stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
