Shepherd Neame is seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to develop your career in the hospitality industry, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Known locally as ‘The Bricks’, this traditional pub in Masons Hill, Bromley, offers a warm welcome, excellent ales, and quality pub food. It’s an ideal place to enjoy the big match or a leisurely lunch, located just a short walk from Bromley’s town centre and The Glades shopping centre.
As an ambassador for our brand, your role will involve covering duty manager shifts, supporting management in fostering an inclusive culture, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service at all times.
