Assistant Manager

Shepherd Neame is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join our team. If you have experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and are looking to develop your career in hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As a brand ambassador, your responsibilities will include covering duty manager shifts, supporting management in fostering an inclusive culture, and leading the team to deliver excellent customer service.
