- Act as the General Manager's second-in-command, supporting in all aspects of day-to-day operations.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
- Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
