What You'll Do Assist the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations and team leadership.
Take responsibility for sections of the kitchen, ensuring dishes meet company standards.
Mentor and develop junior chefs, fostering a positive and productive environment.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and compliance at all times.
Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials.
Help with stock control, ordering, and kitchen organization.
