Join Shepherd Neame as a Seasonal Restaurant Team Member. Shepherd Neame is seeking full-time, seasonal Restaurant Team Members to join us until September. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy working in a busy front-line role, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Urban Reef, located on Bournemouth's Boscombe Promenade, is a stylish two-storey seaside bar and restaurant offering panoramic views of Bournemouth Bay from the Isle of Wight to the Purbecks. It features a bar, café, deli, and restaurant.

No previous hospitality experience? No problem! We value qualities such as enthusiasm and a customer-focused attitude, and we will provide training to help you succeed.

Founded over 300 years ago in Faversham, Kent, Shepherd Neame is an independent family business with an award-winning visitor centre and over 300 pubs and hotels across London and the South East. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our brewery and support office.
