Job Description

Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a part time Receptionist to join our team, so if you love hospitality, are a people person and you enjoy being on the front line in a busy role; this may be just the job for you. 

Located next to the River Stour in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Sandwich, Kent, the Bell Hotel has been welcoming guests to the town since Tudor times. Having undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years, the historic riverside retreat offers guests a luxurious experience with 21st-century comforts. Sandwich is also a magnet for golfers, with Royal St George’s and Prince’s golf clubs on its doorstep.

At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count, so as an ambassador for our brand you will deliver both a warm welcome and outstanding levels of customer service to our hotel guests at every opportunity.

Ideally you will have experience from within the hospitality or retail industry, but please do not worry, so long as that you possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else that you will need to know.
