Our historic Farringdon pub, part of the fabric of the City for over three centuries, has reopened its doors for the first time in more than four years, following a major transformation. Every detail has been carefully designed to showcase the pub’s rich heritage while reimagining it for modern London life.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
