Overlooking the village square in Lenham, Kent, the Dog and Bear Hotel combines the friendly atmosphere of a local pub with all the comforts of a contemporary hotel and restaurant. What You’ll Do
- Wash and maintain kitchen equipment, crockery, and utensils to the highest standards.
- Keep kitchen areas clean, tidy, and compliant with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation when required.
- Manage waste disposal and recycling responsibly.
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
