The Woolpack, located in the heart of Banstead, is a community pub with roots dating back to the 18th century. It offers a varied menu of freshly cooked food, along with superb real ales and lagers from Shepherd Neame, Britain’s oldest brewer.
Role Overview: An excellent Head Chef is crucial to a successful kitchen. You will work alongside the General Manager to achieve key objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, and promote growth. You will lead and develop your team to deliver efficient, high-quality kitchen service in an inclusive environment.
