Job Description

Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for a General Manager with bags of personality to join our team, so if you have previous experience of managing a team from within either the hospitality or a service led environment and you are looking for a new and rewarding challenge; this may be just the job for you.

Located next to the River Stour in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Sandwich, Kent, the Bell Hotel has been welcoming guests to the town since Tudor times. Having undergone extensive refurbishment in recent years, the historic riverside retreat offers guests a luxurious experience with 21st-century comforts. Sandwich is also a magnet for golfers, with Royal St George’s and Prince’s golf clubs on its doorstep.

As an ambassador for our brand, you will create an inclusive culture within the business, leading and developing your team to ensure that they offer excellent customer service at every opportunity.
