Shepherd Neame is on the lookout for Seasonal Christmas Bar & Restaurant Team Members to join us part‑time until late December/Early January 2025. If you are available to start work immediately, love hospitality and are a people person, this may be just the job for you.
Please note that, subject to our opening hours, you may be required to work some of the following shifts: Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve, and New Year’s Day.
Situated in the heart of the picturesque town of Cranbrook, Kent, the George Hotel is perfectly positioned to enjoy the outstanding local beauty of the surrounding Weald countryside. Dating back to 1300, it is one of Cranbrook’s most historic buildings, having hosted Queen Elizabeth I in 1573. It boasts 12 stunning, individually‑designed rooms, combining period features with elegant, modern décor.

If you haven’t got any previous hospitality experience, please do not worry. As long as you are over 18 years old and possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything you will need to know.
