The Hoop and Grapes has begun a thrilling new chapter. Our historic Farringdon pub, part of the fabric of the City for over three centuries, has reopened its doors for the first time in more than four years, following a major transformation. Every detail has been carefully designed to showcase the pub’s rich heritage while reimagining it for modern London life.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead by example, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members.
  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Motivate and coach the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked, clean, and compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Contribute ideas to improve service and team performance.
