Shepherd Neame is looking for part‑time Bar & Restaurant Team Members to join us. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy being on the front line in a busy role, this may be the job for you.

Located next to the River Stour in the heart of the beautiful medieval town of Sandwich, Kent, the Bell Hotel has been welcoming guests since Tudor times. Recent refurbishment has upgraded the historic riverside retreat, offering guests a luxurious experience with 21st‑century comforts. Sandwich is also a magnet for golfers, with Royal St George\’s and Prince\’s golf clubs on its doorstep.

At Shepherd Neame we know that first impressions count. You will play an important part in our business by acknowledging customers with a warm welcome and delivering great service to them at every opportunity.

If you do not have previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. Over 18 years old and possessing the qualities listed below, you will receive full training to learn everything you need to know.
