What You'll Do

  • Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations, including opening and closing duties.
  • Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service and uphold company standards.
  • Assist with staff training, development, and performance management.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
