Shepherd Neame Limited is seeking a Head of Pubs Marketing to lead strategy, planning and delivery across its managed and tenanted pub estates. You will shape insight-led marketing to grow footfall, spend and loyalty while aligning with commercial priorities and operational expertise.
You will collaborate with Pub Operations, Property and the wider Marketing team to deliver campaigns that are engaging, measurable and executable, supporting both strategic and hands-on delivery across the estate.
