The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
We currently have a role for a Newly Qualified – 3 years’ PQE Solicitor within our Real Estate Team based in Aberdeen. The role will comprise a mix of commercial real estate work including residential and commercial development, commercial and investment property acquisitions and sales, real estate finance, and commercial leasing (landlord and tenant). Some existing experience of property work is preferred.
In addition to the technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to work as part of a team, have strong problem-solving skills, and be willing to take an active role in the commercial development of the business. This is a full-time, permanent post.
