We are currently recruiting for a Modern Apprentice Service Team Assistant to join the facilities team based in our London office. The successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating and carrying out all London print room, reprographic, and general facilities tasks; providing cover for junior typing support to the Senior PAs assisting with document production and basic reception meet and greet tasks.
As a key member of the firm's service team, the role will require onsite facilities and junior secretarial support to London colleagues as well as daily interaction with clients and colleagues across the business to assist with desk and meeting room bookings. Meet and greet clients and work with building concierge.
Working under the direct supervision of the Office Manager, the Service Team Assistant is responsible for the efficient operation of the day-to-day facilities duties which may include, but is not limited to, the following:
- Replenishing stocks and supplies
- Facilities and office maintenance including maintenance of equipment and facilities
- Meeting room set up and catering
