Shepherd and Wedderburn are currently recruiting for a Solicitor to join their Private Wealth and Tax Team. The successful candidate will be at NQ level or up to two years' relevant experience in the private client sector. This role will be based at our Edinburgh office.
Our Private Wealth and Tax team is highly regarded in the market for providing bespoke technical advice across a range of complex areas including tax and succession planning, Will and Trust drafting and administration, generational structuring, international and contentious probate, executry administration and in relation to adults with incapacity. We act for a wide range of clients and trusts and operate closely with colleagues across the firm’s Private Wealth sector most notably in rural and corporate.
We have a well-respected Charity Team dealing with a broad range of charities across the UK. Our focus is on quality and responsiveness to our clients’ needs, and we are seeking a technically strong individual with the drive to succeed in a challenging, varied and busy environment.
