A rare and fantastic opportunity has arisen at Shephalbury Park to join our committed, and friendly team.
We are looking for a committed individual to work as a teaching assistant supporting learners in our school.
You will have responsibility within the classroom.
This role will be well supported and highly rewarding.
The role is envisaged as full time for 1 year to cover maternity leave, involving possible 1 to 1 support.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to learners in the classroom and assist with their learning in line with school policies.
- Work as a teaching assistant supporting learners, with potential 1:1 support where needed.
- Contribute to a safe, happy, and secure learning environment that supports the well-being of learners, staff, and the wider school community.
Qualifications
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with learners, staff, and parents.
- A genuine commitment to helping learners aspire and achieve within the school community.
