As a Warehouse Coordinator, you are responsible for coordinating daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment. The role includes managing shipments, aligning with internal teams on fulfillment needs, handling customer inquiries and returns, and supporting continuous improvement of warehouse processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with first-mile logistics providers or freight forwarders to manage inbound shipments, including receiving, checking, shelving, and system registration.
- Liaise with internal departments to arrange daily order fulfillment and shipment requirements for routine operations and promotional activities.
- Plan and coordinate warehouse shipment schedules based on company logistics procedures and operational guidelines.
- Handle local customer service calls, collect and summarize customer inquiries, and report issues to relevant stakeholders on time.
- Manage return and exchange processes, including recording cases, handling returned goods, and coordinating after-sales solutions.
- Support the improvement and maintenance of warehouse operation procedures to ensure accurate and efficient order processing.
Qualifications
- Business-level Mandarin and English communication skills are required for daily coordination with overseas stakeholders.
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, e-commerce, or supply chain management.
- Experience in after-sales service or customer support is preferred.
- Strong communication and comprehension skills, patient, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
- Proficient in computer usage and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
- Ability to organize information efficiently and complete orders within required timelines.
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
