🔍 Job Description:

As our first Store Development Manager in the UK, you will lead location scouting, leasing, and new store expansion for our brand’s UK debut.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential store locations based on brand and franchise standards
• Conduct market research, demographic studies, and competitor analysis
• Lead lease negotiations and coordinate legal documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams (design, construction, marketing) to ensure timely store openings
• Prepare feasibility reports and ROI estimates for new sites
• Track expansion progress and report to China HQ

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or F&B store development
• Familiarity with UK high street, shopping mall, and pop-up site leasing
• Fluent in English; Chinese proficiency is a plus
• Experience working in a startup or international brand expansion preferred
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Right to work in the UK
