Shenton Group is on the lookout for a diligent and efficient Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Andover!
As a Sales Coordinator within the Maintenance department, you will be required to provide and deliver a consistently efficient, accurate and professional level of service to colleagues and clients, all while acting as an ambassador of the Shenton Group brand. You will need to have strong attention to detail and an enthusiastic attitude to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
This role requires management and maintenance of day-to-day coordination including, but not limited to, vetting and distributing incoming sales enquiries, preparing quotations, updating the CRM system and business development activities such as following up quotations and contacting new potential clients.
What do you need?
- A healthy dose of grit, humility, conscientiousness and emotional intelligence for starters!
- You need to have a positive proactive approach to engaging with customers, your role and your colleagues.
- Strong experience in an administrator or coordinator role is essential.
- Experience of the generator industry would be beneficial but is not essential if you have the right attitude and are quick to learn.
- Standard IT skills are required and experience of SAP Business One, or similar, would be beneficial.
- You need to be organised, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced and pressured environment.
- You need to be confident in working under pressure to meet tight deadlines and have a can-do attitude towards challenges.
- Self-motivated, organised and the ability to work to process unsupervised is required.
- A fresh perspective is always welcome and a sense of humour will see you fit right in.
