Salary - £35,000 to £50,000 p.a. - depending on experience. (Potential candidates will be submitted to the client with salary expectations)

Location: Ipswich

Our client was established over 45 years ago as a leading research support to law firms throughout the UK. They are looking for an experienced Legal Case Manager with Probate or someone with Genealogy experience to join their award-winning team, based in Central Ipswich (parking available).

Duties:

  • Case management and research to source probate beneficiaries.
  • Making contact with beneficiaries and solicitors via phone and letter.
  • Arranging for field agents to visit beneficiaries.
  • Review cases with senior management.
  • Maintain case files in an orderly manner and file correctly in relevant cabinets.
  • Undertake genealogy searches of clients' family history.

Skills Required:

  • Case Management within Probate or Genealogy Research experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and organise own workload.
  • Ability and experience in liaising with clients, solicitors, and members of the public in a courteous manner.
