E-Commerce Customer Support

London - Hybrid

Salary: £30,000 p.a. + benefits.

Highly successful, well-established e-commerce business with 25 year’s expertise within their field, and a £45m revenue turnover is looking for an E-Commerce Customer Support individual to work Hybrid from their offices near Fulham.

You will be responsible for supporting all enquiries and queries on issues such as passwords, credit card details, product information etc. and need to be able to work in a changeable customer support role, which can go from busy to quiet and you will need to adapt quickly. The customer support issues will arrive via email, live chat, social media and by phone.

Duties for e-commerce customer support role include:

  • Raising support tickets to track and resolve customer queries and enquiries.
  • Reviewing and responding to customer queries and enquiries by email, live chat and through social media.
  • Assisting customers over the phone.
  • Updating the CRM database.
  • Assisting customers with accessing product information,passwords, credit card details etc.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2 years+ experience in a similar role.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Able to manage changeable volumes in workload.
  • Good working knowledge of Zendesk.
