5 Dimensions Trust is currently advertising for an exciting Fixed Term opportunity at Shenley Brook End School. This position is for a Teacher of Social Science with a salary range of MPS 1-6 / UPS 1-3. The Fixed Term Contract will commence after October half-term (November 2026) and is for Maternity Cover, available as Full Time or Part Time.
Shenley Brook End School is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Social Science, with the ability to teach Sociology and/or Psychology across GCSE and A-level. We are looking for a passionate educator who has a genuine drive to deliver engaging, innovative and high-quality lessons that inspire students and promote a deep understanding of social science. The successful candidate will be eager to contribute to the ongoing development of the subject and will have the ambition and capacity to lead Social Science within our school community.
You will be joining a supportive, successful and oversubscribed department, where collaboration, high standards and student achievement are at the heart of our practice. We welcome applications from Early Careers Teachers.
