Schedule: Mon – Thurs 8:15 am – 4:15 pm and Fri 8:15 am – 3:45 pm with a half‑hour unpaid break
We are seeking an enthusiastic, positive professional to join our team of Year Leaders in supporting our students pastorally so that they can take full advantage of the excellent academic and extra‑curricular provision at the school. Each Year Leader leads a specific year group to work with students to help them develop a positive ethos at school. You will have experience in understanding and working with young people and want to contribute to their development.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of supporting students with an EHCP.
- Have excellent communication skills that allow you to inform, coach and advise others.
- Be a proficient IT user with the ability to work efficiently with a high degree of accuracy.
- Want to make a difference to the children in our care.
