Key Responsibilities
- Work with company-provided and self-generated leads to engage potential investors
- Promote premium international property investment opportunities
- Conduct property presentations, one-to-one consultations, and seminars
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and agents
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to completion
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets
- Represent Sheng Tai International professionally at events and networking sessions
Who We’re Looking For
- Highly sales-driven with a strong desire to succeed financially
- Confident, outgoing, and persuasive communicator
