About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Sales Administration Intern to support our marketing and sales teams with daily administrative and coordination tasks. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who would like to gain hands-on experience in marketing operations, social media management, and sales administration within an international property development company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and creating social media content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Support the design of marketing materials using Canva or similar tools
- Help schedule and manage social media posts via Meta Business Suite
- Assist with basic marketing research and competitor analysis
- Support marketing campaigns, webinars, property seminars, and promotional events
- Maintain and update client and agent databases
- Assist with enquiry management and follow-ups
- Support preparation of sales presentations, reports, and documents
- Help organise sales materials, property information, and pricing documents
General Administration
- Assist with documentation management and filing
- Support coordination between the UK office and overseas teams
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and sales teams
Skills & Requirements
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Media, or related field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Interest in social media marketing and digital content creation
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Experience using Canva
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite
