To be responsible for and supervise efficiently the administration of Night Audit reports. To ensure highest levels of service is maintained in all areas of operations throughout the hotel over the night shift period in accordance with the company policies and procedures. To be responsible for managing and coaching the Night team.
Responsibilities
- To ensure all night duties are performed every night.
- To ensure all reports are copied and distributed as instructed by the Financial Controller.
- To liaise with accounts supervisor to ensure procedures are clearly defined and reviewed periodically.
- To perform Night Audit duties as and when are necessary.
- To assume responsibility for all activities in the hotel in the absence of executive management.
- To be fully aware of all activity within the hotel on a day-to-day basis.
- To monitor the operation of all departments to ensure all operating standards are maintained during the night.
- To ensure that all public and back of house areas are maintained to the specified levels.
