Requirements:

Mandate:
- 30 days: Identify winning hooks, formats, and angles; Ship daily UGC content; Generate early traction and breakout signals
- 60 days: Create repeatable viral formats; Consistent high-reach content; Clear audience resonance and engagement patterns
- 90 days: App has meaningful organic visibility; Content drives installs and conversations; Viral engine is running without dependence on paid ads
Success is measured by reach, saves, shares, and installs—not activity.
What you will do:
- Create TikTok-first UGC (Reels friendly)
- Film raw, native content (phone is enough)
- Translate psychology, pain points, and internet culture into strong hooks
- Jump on trends early and adapt them to the product
- Post consistently and iterate based on performance
- Track what works and double down aggressively
You are responsible for ideation, execution, and learning.
