We’re looking for a creative and technically-savvy Web Designer/Developer with experience using AI tools who thrives in fast-paced environments to join our UK-based team and help drive creative growth across digital and web services. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-performing, thoughtful design work for campaigns, product launches, and brand-building initiatives. Please note: This is an office based role, Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm). We are based in Euston, London.

What You’ll Work On

  • Have full ownership of the design and maintenance of high-quality, user‑centric web pages that reflect our brand identity.
  • Ability to critically evaluate and improve existing designs, not just create new ones.
  • Collaborating with the in house creative and marketing teams to turn concepts into visually compelling and functional websites.
  • Proven track record of integrating AI into design workflows to improve speed, output, or performance.
  • Strong understanding of how AI can be used for creative production, iteration, and personalisation at scale.
  • Design and develop user friendly, high‑converting landing pages that drive conversions and are fully optimised for speed, SEO, and mobile devices.
  • Optimise websites for speed, web accessibility compliance, and SEO best practices.
  • Comfortable interpreting data, heatmaps, and user insights to inform design decisions.
  • Contributing to our website refresh and ongoing design system improvements.
  • Helping improve brand storytelling through layout, typography, colour, motion graphics, across different devices.
  • Creating content variations for A/B testing and gaining insights for performance optimisation and increase conversation.
  • Jumping in across projects when needed-this is a collaborative team in a growing startup.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-5 years of experience as a web designer (brand or agency side), ideally in a B2C or consumer environment with active interest in AI.
  • Experience using specific AI tools like Claude, Framer, Figma Make, Midjourney.
  • Able to move between different AI tools as each one has strengths, knowing which ones to use at the right time.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and web implementation.
  • Strong grasp of design fundamentals including UI/ UX principles, visual hierarchy, responsive design and colour theory.
  • Understanding of SEO and web performance metrics.
  • Ability to work quickly, respond to feedback, and juggle multiple priorities with calm and clarity.
  • Great attention to detail and care for visual consistency.
  • Collaborative mindset - you’re eager to build, support, and contribute beyond your lane when needed.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, Webflow and JavaScript (not essential).
  • Interest in women’s health or mission‑driven work is a bonus.
