We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Senior Leadership Team who will be instrumental in supporting the Headteacher to lead us in the next exciting stage of our journey. It is an exciting time in education and as a non-class SENDCo you will be instrumental in leading our school's inclusive approach. We offer a school full of hard working and imaginative children, a great team of committed teaching and support staff with a shared vision. The successful candidate will lead and deliver high quality learning and teaching in all areas of KS2, with additional areas of responsibility (SEND).
Responsibilities- Be an experienced SENDCo, looking to take the lead in a new setting.
- Be an outstanding classroom practitioner with high expectations of children's learning and behaviour.
- Have an established record of excellence in KS2.
- Have the ability to lead, manage, motivate and inspire children, colleagues and parents.
- Have proven ability in raising standards.
