The overall purpose of the role is to support the Head of HR and the EDI Lead to develop and deliver people management strategies that support the organisation’s aims and objectives. This role will provide a comprehensive HR service, ensuring that managers and employees are equipped to foster and develop a high-performance culture within ShelterBox.
