The Team Leader (Western Bay) will be responsible for ensuring that high quality, responsive and effective housing advice services are delivered across the Western Bay region, which includes Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend.

Responsibilities

  • Take direct line management responsibility for all Housing Law Caseworkers delivering face‑to‑face housing advice services across the Western Bay region.
  • Deliver housing advice services through phone, outreach based advice surgeries and at county courts when housing possession cases are listed, offering specialist legal advice and support.
  • Provide weekly casework hours (up to a maximum of 23 hours) to maintain casework expertise and meet the LAA Supervisor Standard.

Working Arrangements

  • 35 hour working week for full time equivalent employees.
  • Hybrid working – minimum 1 day per week in office with office bases across Wales.
