Shelter is opening its first community shop in St Albans-Hertfordshire. As Community Shop Manager you will lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and bring bold ideas to life in-store.
You will recruit, develop and motivate staff, manage visual merchandising, and build links with the local community to grow Shelter's impact.
