Shelter is seeking an energetic Assistant Shop Manager for our Somerset House Christmas pop-up shop. You will work with the Shop Manager to recruit, support and develop a community-focused team and engage customers to maximise income for Shelter’s cause.
You will lead by example, ensuring a welcoming, well-presented shop environment, motivate volunteers, and represent Shelter in the local community to raise awareness and donations.
