Shelter is seeking a capable leader to support Area Manager duties across multiple charity shops in the Greater London area.

You will help ensure shops are safe, welcoming and prosperous, maximise Gift Aid, engage communities and encourage ongoing support.

You will recruit and guide Shop Managers, oversee pricing, displays and events, manage budgets and drive growth in line with Shelter’s mission to help people facing homelessness.
