Shelter is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Somerset House Christmas pop-up in London. You will support the Shop Manager, recruit and develop a strong community-focused team, and help maximise fundraising income for Shelter’s homeless and housing initiatives.
You’ll represent Shelter locally, engage customers, volunteers and donors, and maintain a safe, welcoming shopping environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and shop systems is expected.
