- Lead and manage a team in a brand‑new Shelter shop, ensuring excellent customer service and motivating staff to exceed expectations.
- Oversee visual merchandising and creative control of the shop display.
- Engage with the local community, pursue opportunities to grow the shop’s contribution to Shelter’s cause.
Qualifications:
- Experience in leading and developing diverse teams.
- Ability to motivate and empower staff, with proven results.
- Strong communication skills and community engagement.
- Excellent customer service experience in face‑to‑face roles.
