Shelter Housing Aid and Research Project (Leicester) is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager for our Nantwich shop. You will work with the Shop Manager to recruit, support and develop a strong team of volunteers and staff, helping to maximise Shelter’s income while ensuring a welcoming shop environment.
The role requires energy, people skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement, fundraising, and cost control.
