Job Introduction:

The Social Media Officer has a key role to play in planning and delivering communications to key Shelter Cymru groups, such as the public, supporters and stakeholders. Together the team is working to achieve the aims of our Strategy including building on our social media profile and communicating key messages that strengthen our reputation, tell people what we do, build support for our cause, raise awareness of people’s rights and enable people to seek help when they need it. In collaboration with the Communications Manager you will create, write, edit, co-ordinate and publish content across our various social media channels. You will help to maintain and build Shelter Cymru’s brand reputation and recognition to the public.
