  • Workplace counselling: Access to peer support, reflective groups, and 121 sessions.
  • Employee Assistance Programme: Support for personal issues affecting health and wellbeing.
  • Shelter Cymru offers a contributory pension scheme (employer contribution 4%, employee 5%).
  • Non-contributory group life assurance (up to twice annual salary).
  • Enhanced maternity, paternity, shared parental, and adoption pay.

We are glad you are considering joining Shelter Cymru. We understand the impact of the housing emergency and work daily to support those affected.

Our team of over 100 employees and volunteers across Wales are passionate about making a difference. Our roles are challenging and rewarding, aligned with our mission that home is everything, and we never give up.
