Location: Cardiff (minimum 1 day per week in office)
Salary: £24,479 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35hrs per week (pro rata for part‑time staff)

Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain administrative systems for the Housing Services team.
- Provide professional and efficient support to team members and clients.
- Assist with scheduling, document preparation and record keeping.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative support role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
