Key Responsibilities:

As our Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for our service customers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from arrival to departure. Your core duties will include:

  • Warmly greeting customers and professionally assessing their vehicle service and repair needs.
  • Providing clear, detailed, and accurate cost estimates and explanations for all work required.
  • Efficiently scheduling service appointments and meticulously managing the workshop diary to ensure maximum productivity.
  • Liaising closely with the Workshop Team to ensure timely completion and high-quality standards for all vehicles.
  • Explaining complex technical information and repair details to customers in a friendly, clear, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Handling all cash and card transactions accurately and maintaining precise service records and documentation.
  • Proactively identifying and upselling appropriate additional services, products, or maintenance plans to enhance the customer experience and vehicle safety.

What We Are Looking For (Qualifications):

  • Essential: Proven experience in a high-quality, customer-facing role.
  • Preferable: Previous experience within the Motor Industry (e.g., Service Advisor, Parts Advisor, etc.) is highly desirable but we will consider you l if you possess outstanding customer skills and an understanding of the industry.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a natural ability to build trust and rapport quickly with diverse clients.
  • Proficiency in invoicing, handling payments, and maintaining accurate administrative and accounting records.
  • A demonstrable track record of successfully recommending and upselling relevant products or services.
  • A Full UK Driving Licence is required for this role.
