Shelley College, A Share Academy, is seeking a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to support students with significant Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs. The successful candidate will work closely with the Assistant Principal and Inclusion teams to deliver focused interventions and monitor student progress.
This role requires experience in mainstream and/or specialist settings, strong communication skills, and a commitment to safeguarding and inclusion. A higher-level teaching assistant qualification is desirable.
