Responsibilities

  • Support project shaping and strategy by contributing to contracting strategies, feasibility workshops, and decision gate processes for offshore developments.
  • Assist with assurance and governance by preparing submissions for key forums such as Decision Review Boards (DRBs) and the Projects Supply Chain Council.
  • Support sourcing activities, market engagement, and risk mitigation across Shell‑operated and non‑operated ventures.
  • Manage communications, handle confidential information, and translate transactional scenarios into actionable supply‑chain insights using Shell’s enterprise frameworks and tools.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to coordinate stakeholder requirements and execute value‑capturing opportunities.
  • Maintain high standards of data fluency to generate insights that inform opportunity development and decision‑making.

Qualifications

  • Academic disciplines: Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Engineering, Legal, or Business Management.
  • Strong communication and drafting skills.
  • Analytical mindset with numerical and estimation capabilities.
  • Project management aptitude and ability to work across diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in preparing presentations and reviewing technical documentation.
