Shell UK Mobility & Convenience is seeking an experienced Growth Project Lead to develop and mobilise the Retail Media Network strategy, operating model and phased route to market within 12 months. The role sits in UK Marketing and reports to the Performance & Channel Manager, coordinating with Marketing, Loyalty, CRM, Convenience Retail, Sales, Finance, Legal and Data teams.

You will connect advertiser demand, audience data and media assets to deliver a commercially credible proposition.
