What’s the role
This is a great opportunity to join our B2B Operations Team, responsible for the operational ownership of our Junifer Billing system.
Initially reporting into the Head of Operations (reporting line change will follow), this role requires a Junifer Expert with extensive system knowledge. You will be responsible for leading across a multitude of areas, including but not limited to change management, incident management, upgrades, impact assessments and training / knowledge sharing.
The successful candidate will work closely across operations to develop knowledge and capability in the team, combined with wider stakeholder engagement to effectively deliver system changes.
What you’ll be doing
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
- As a Junifer expert, pro-actively identify enhancements to systems and processes to drive efficiencies and reduction in cost to serve, combined with mitigating impacts to Customer Experience
- Responsible for fully assessing and triaging all potential Junifer faults across operations prior to raising with Apps support / Gentrack
- Assess all change requests and / or ideas for improvement raised by the operations team, considering any impacts to cross-functional teams prior to submission
- Support the submission of change requests from operations, including identification of tangible benefits and the prioritisation of all change requests raised
- Support the implementation of all new releases – clear and timely communication of any operational process changes and / or ways of working, ensuring work instructions are updated
- Be the operational lead for supporting projects, industry changes and new product development through your expert understanding of Junifer
- Build and deliver clear training sessions to enhance Junifer knowledge and improve operational capability
- Work with the UAT team to ensure all test cases are robust to minimise / mitigate the impact of any releases into production
- Work in partnership with the Operational Excellence Lead to ensure accurate, robust work instructions are in place across Junifer processes
