The Business Support role provides high-quality operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Shell and Exxon Gas and Liquids (SEGAL) and Southern North Sea (SNS) General Managers and the wider leadership teams. The position requires strong organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to work proactively across multiple priorities and stakeholders.
What you’ll be doing
- Executive & General Management Support
- Provide day-to-day business and support to the SEGAL and SNS General Managers
- Manage calendars, meeting coordination, agendas, and follow-up actions
- Prepare briefings, presentations, and routine correspondence
- Support ad-hoc requests and priority initiatives as required
- Business Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate team activities
- Support onboarding activities for new team members
- Stakeholder & Team Support
- Liaise effectively with internal stakeholders across SEGAL and SNS
- Support communication flow between General Managers, leadership teams, and staff
